EQUIPMENT: the gadgets and tools you need.

SCHEDULE: timetable, set a timetable.

RESCHEDULE: change to a different time or date.

PARTICIPATE: take part in.

APPOINTMENT: agreed meeting at a time.

SUIT: be convenient for.

RUN LATE: be going to arrive later than scheduled.

GET MIXED UP: be confused.

COMMITMENT: a firm promise.

ATTEND: to be present at a place.

TIED UP: busy in advance.

ARRANGEMENT: decision to organize conveniently.

BACK UP: make a copy against failure.

FREEZE: become blocked.

LOSE: have a loss, fail to keep something.

LOG IN / OFF: enter and terminate a session.

PAYMENT: The money you give in exchange for a product or a service.

PRICE: The amount of money that have to pay for a product or a service.

INVOICE: A bill listing the goods or service supplied and their price.

PAYMENT DATE: The day that you must start paying a product.

CUSTOMER: The person who is buying, purchaser.

SALE: the act of selling / making a special offer.

RESOURCE: a source of supply, support, aid...

ORDER: something you ask for.

SUPPLY: provide with.

MISTAKE: error.

PART: a piece or portion of a whole.

Disaster strikes the computers of the company! Something has happened and everyone's work has disappeared. They have to call in the IT support, but will they be able to explain to them what the problem is and will they be able to actually help?
