Healthy Food!

 Fruits and berries: apple, banana, orange, pear, grapes, strawberry, blueberry, peach...

-        Legumes (pulse): beans, lentils, chickpeas, soja, peas...

-        Vegetables (produce): tomato, cucumber, eggplant, lettuce, cabbage, onion, spinach, broccoli, chard...

-        Cereals (grains): wheat, corn, rice, barley, oat, rye...

-        Mushrooms: Portabello, Shiitake, Champignon, milk-cap, ...

-        Roots and Tubers: potato, carrot, turnip, parsnip, beet...

-        Dairy products (milk / eggs): cheese, yoghurt, milk, butter, sour cream, ice-cream, egg...

-        Fish and shell-fish: trout, salmon, eel, shrimps, prawn, cod, hake, sardines, oysters, octopuss, squid, clams, mussels, sword-fish, crabs, cockles...

-        Meat: rabbit, goat, sheep, veal, beef, pork, turkey, chicken...
Oil: sunflower, olive, soja, coconut, seeds, peanuts...

-        Teas and water: chamomile, mint, green/red tea, fruit tea, mate, chai (spiced)...


Avoid ultra- processed food:

- Sugars (candies, biscuits)

- Sodium (salt)

- Fat (oils, butter)

- Refined carbohidrates (pastries)

- Glutamate (flavouring)
